Location
Our location is second to none, being located right on
the coastal path tops of what has to some of the most stunning coastline in the
UK. The area is also noted as one of the best places to discover
fossils and at low tide, dinosaur foot prints can bee seen in the
bedrock on the beach. Indeed the BBC filmed Dinosaur Island along
this part of the coast.
We are ideally positioned for those people looking to
enjoy the great outdoors. Not only is the beach safe for kids,
there are rock pools to explore at low tide. In addition, miles of
coastal walks are literally on the doorstep, making us the ideal base
for walkers and mountain bikers.
The Military Road which adjoins Brighstone Holiday
Centre allows easy access to Freshwater, The Needles and Alum Bay, famed
for it's coloured sands and chair lift. Follow it southwards and
it takes you to Blackgang Chine, Niton and Ventnor.
